Hi, I had the same problem with a Pinnacle pci card. It does not look like a tvtime bug... xaw/tv and myth tv did not work anymore either. Probably (just a wild guess...) in 7.10 the device is not associated to /dev/video0, but to some other /dev. Check on Hardware information which /dev is
