Public bug reported:
When I enable desktop effects in Gutsy and restart the machine, the
title bar in every window is drawn too low or narrow (don't know which
word is right here). They change back to normal when I disable desktop
effects.
My graphics card is Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS and I'm using 64-bit version
of Gutsy.
