Thanks for your report. I don't think this is a bug. It's clear that
Adept can't stop the configuration or installation of packages when you
close the window. This can broke installation/configuration of packages
and in some cases make your system unusable. However, further details
about your
you may disable window closing, or at least leave an icon in tray, so
that the user can definitely know what happens and reopen the window if
needed
