Two GRUBs taking control "back-and-forth" is unfortunately expected, and
there isn't much that can be done with this with the current ESP layout.

I have done "apport-collect 1544809" more than once, and the bug report
is still marked as "incomplete", not that my logs should be particularly
relevant to boot loader design.
