Binary package hint: update-manager

I am french, so sorry for my bad english
I am running on feisty, and I have run update manager from a terminal (with 
this command : sudo update-manager -c )
But it freeze, (I don't for what) so I kill it by a CTRL+C
In the terminal I get this one :
