If these are all ready to go and can be uploaded straight away, then

I say this because it causes a lot of churn in autopkgtest when you do a
KDE mass upload, so I want it to be done as quickly as possible. :)

Meta FFe file for all of KDE. We fell behind doing debian merges for hundreds
of packages with only a few packagers. We needs these exceptions to be approved
if we have any hope of having a successful xenial launch. Thank you for your
