Yes, the problem still exist in Hardy,
nothing changes.
I installed Hardy beta, set connection in NM, check that network really works,
then reboot and network setting were gone.

Description of steps I have done:
1) I have disabled static wireless network definition
2) I have checked that network is really not working
3) I have connected to a wireless network in NM menu: filled Essid and WEP HEX
key.
4) I have checked that network IS working
