the format i was interested in at that time was "openoffice flax xml"
(extension .fodt)
now it tested it again and if a file is saved in this format and opend with
this file type selected by hand) it works. the only problem i see left is that
it does not open automatically an fodt file correctly

I am not sure which file format you are saving as, what is the file
extension of the resulting file? Both .odt and .docx seem to work for
me, so I am guessing it is some other file format.
