Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
Update manager reported that I have a new version available and asks if I want to upgrade. I choose yes and it starts upgrading. During the phase of upgrading the software channels, it reports: "Your system is up-to-date" "There are no upgrades available for your system. The upgrade will now be canceled." and stops the upgrade process. If the system is up-to-date, why did it tell me I have a new version available? The previous version is 7.10RC. uname -a: Linux MP-JT 2.6.22-14-generic #1 SMP Sun Oct 14 23:05:12 GMT 2007 i686 GNU/Linux ** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Update manager: Upgrade to 7.10 fails https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/154936 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
