i can't upgrade too i have tried using 3 differents ISP why it's set
to invalid???

Hey Pedro.. While it may not fit the definition of a bug.. you're
failing to grasp the fact that the user's end experience is identical to
a bug, and that a missing Release file on the repo side of the house
seems to be the culprit. Why not do the responsible thing and try and
help the problem
