It is the cache, I just installed postr in hardy and got it with no icon
until I installed giggle which updated the cache.

It may have been the cache.
However, since I reported this bug I upgraded to Hardy beta, and the
current hardy postr package (0.9.1) fixed this issue for me.

The fact that no Postr icon is displayed under Help About is also mentioned
in this upstream bug: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=469747
Postr 0.9 may (partly) fix this.
