I've disabled all of the plugins that might cause shadow, there is no shadow
visible, but jumping is still present.
Can you update status from Incomplete now?

Don't you think it should be fixed? Quite annoying since I often have 1/2 or
1/4 sized windows side by side.
Also if launcher is hidden there is no issue.

This is not the case for me neither in my custom session with
gtk-window-decorator, nor in stock Ubuntu 16.04.0.

I'm on Ubuntu 16.10 (as of today, always have up to date dev version of Ubuntu).
I was using Unity session when filled an issue, now I have custom session with
just Compiz (no Unity plugin installed at all), but still having exactly the
same issue with gtk-window-decorator.

Which release of Ubuntu are you running? We no longer use gtk-window-
decorator.

Error disappears if disable gtk-window-decorator, but decorations will
disappear as well.
