The Nvidia 361 drivers are known for performance regressions and issues
with a handful of games. By replacing this package with version 364, the
user gets a better performing driver that not only removes the issues
with the 361 series, but also supports the Vulkan API that will be used
in future games.

Since Xenial is an LTS release and about a month away, it may be wise to
do the testing now for 364 so users can have a Vulkan ready driver in
April. Since the LTS releases are supported for 5 years, you don't want
to hold back Vulkan adoption by shipping an older and less desirable
package.
