Public bug reported: Currently, php-gnupg (possibly amongst other PECL extensions) FTBFS due to the bug fixed in 1.10.1+submodules+notgz-5. The fix in -6 is a fix to the chagnge in -5 to set the SYSCONF_DIR to /etc/pear. That, in turn, is the only "feature" change, which is really just a proper organization to the file structure. I do not believe a FFe is necessary.
