hdparm (9.48+ds-1) unstable; urgency=medium

* d/control:
- Remove dpkg-dev from Build-Depends
- Add Vcs-* fields
- Remove -dbg package, -dbgsy
Changelog looks ok, and I verified that all Ubuntu changes are applied
in Debian now. Approving and syncing.
