Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept-installer

I found this problem after I initially marked a package for removal but
discovered that removing it would also result in packages I need being
removed.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open Adept Installer
* Select some packages for removal, others for installation
* Review changes
* Select "Cancel Changes" on one or more packages marked for removal.
"Requested" column changes from "remove" to "no change"
* Click "Back to Program Selection"
* Click "Review Changes" again. The package appears to have been removed from
the list of packages to remove.
* Return to program selection and select another package for removal or
installation.
* Click "Review Changes" again. The previously de-selected package has
reappeared and is again marked for deletion.

This has the potential to delete important packages (in a similar manner
to bug 104182) even when admins THINK they have removed the packages
from the deletion list.

This is on a Kubuntu Gutsy installation.

** Affects: adept (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
