Public bug reported:

The MariaDB packages include correct conflicts/breaks/replaces
definitions for mysql-5.5 and mysql-5.6. However now when mysql-5.7
entered Ubuntu repositories, a critical regression was introduced.

This happened due to the fact that mysql-5.7 is not in Debian at all and
the packaging has not gone through Debian quality assurance.

To migitate this, mariadb-10.0 packaging should have mysql-5.7 relations
definitions added.
