Public bug reported:
in linux-kernel 2.6.22 and 2.6.20 in feisty and gutsy after suspending
or pressing more than 5 seconds the power button to hard shutdown, grub
lasts 20 seconds at "grub loading stage 1.5" and after selecting the
kernel to boot too. the hard drive is very active at this time. the bug
is reproducible with feisty and edgy and with two different computers.
after a normal restart or shutdown everything boots ok and grub is much
faster
any ideas what it could be?
