Nah, the submitter was correct in targeting powerpc-utils. I renamed
powerpc-ibm-utils to powerpc-utils and powerpc-utils to pmac-utils to
avoid the constant confusion. Of course, this'll be differently
confusing for a while, but eventually we'll forget the old names. ;)

Which version of powerpc-utils was this? 'snap' isn't even shipped in
Ubuntu.
As for rtas_dump, I'll get that sorted out.
