Public bug reported: After a fresh Gutsy install, I told the Date and Time applet to keep synchronized with time servers. It had been an hour off, so I expected this to set the time right, but it did not. I switched back to manual time, set the time correctly, and then switched back to the time server option. The new manually set time stayed.
This tells me that synchronizing with the time server in fact does nothing. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Synchronizing with a time server does not work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/157215 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
