Upstream identified and fixed the issue as well.

It replaces the super-verbose log with a command.
Unfortunately this is not part of the ovs-2.5 branch - so it will not be
auto-fixed by merging the next point relea
Keeping DPDK task to track it along other dpdk related topics, but it is
a pure openvswitch-dpdk problem/solution.
