I found a workaround: I connected my monitor with VGA, and did a complete boot. After that, I connected my monitor with VGA _and_ HDMI, and did a complete boot again. In Gnome Settings I deactivated the monitor on VGA, and defined HDMI as primary monitor. After that, I disconnected the VGA link
