Public bug reported:

I am having trouble with my wireless card, it works fine in the
installer, and then to the point I have to install the Nvidia drivers
and then after the reset I loss the ability to use my wireless card. The
card is a Ralink - RT3290. It seems like the device fails to start at
boot. I am able to use Ubuntu 15.10 with no problems it only seems to be
since moving to 16.04 that I have had trouble

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
