Unforunately both domino and gtk-qt-engine have been removed from
distribution in recent releases, so this bug will not be getting a fix.

I did, actually; I'm sorry, I forgot to update the bug report. The engine
works with GTK themes, but not with my KDE or the QT theme (It does work
with the QT-Curve theme).

What KDE style are you using?
Have you tried choosing "Use another style" in the gtk-qt-engine settings
(under "Appearance & Themes" / "GTK Styles and Fonts" in kcontrol)?
