Fixed the changelog reference. The two bug references are there for
reference. I think it should cause no harm and makes it easier to see
why it's done like that.

Thanks for the patch to address this issue. Unfortunately, the included
dpatch lacks a description, which makes it perhaps hard to understand
for people investigating the package in the future. Please adjust the
debdiff to include a description for the dpatch. Further, while

According to http://flac.sourceforge.net/changelog.html the arguments for
metaflac have been changed in FLAC 1.1.3.
I'd say to add a versioned depend/recommendation on flac (= 1.1.3), but have
just noticed that there's no dependency/recommendation on flac yet. The cuetag
script has been added
--remove-all-tags looks OK.
