Binary package hint: korganizer

I have two calendars: Exchange and Gcal (which _was_ marked "read
only"). I didn't see any reason to have a local calendar file (too much
potential for 3 way out of sync) so I deleted it. This caused all of my
exchange appointments to disappear, and further, when I downloaded from
exchange, the appointments did not show up anywhere. If you need a local
file to make the exchange plugin work, it should be created in the
background, and not shown as it's own "calendar" entity.
