The patch needs work. Basically what we'd need in the case of a merge of
xkeyboard-config is the diff between the current Debian source package
and what you want to be uploaded to yakkety. Once you're done with the
merge it should be a matter of
debdiff xkeyboard-config_2.17-1.dsc
The attachment "xkeyboard-config-2.17" seems to be a patch. If it
isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the
"patch" tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers,
unsubscribe the team.
