Public bug reported:
pressing arrow keys leads randomly to the effect of stuck number key and
produces output in consoles or text editors like: "2222222222" or
"8888888888". Pressing some other key stops the infinite flooding.
This may (or not) be related to the following flooding in
/var/log/system
