I can also confirm this bug on a fresh install of Gutsy with packages
up-to-date as of 12/11/2007. Adding workspaces through Workspace
Switcher does not cause the appropriate shortcuts to be added to the
Keyboard Shortcuts manager. The shortcuts do work when added manually
using gconf-editor.

It looks like it is Keyboard Shortcuts Preferences that do not get the
info about new workspaces ... I tried to use gconf-edit to fix this, and
that worked :) In gconf-edit the new workspaces is available to add
shortcuts to, so I did. But they do not turn up in Keyboard Shortcuts
Preferences, but
