regarding this is no longer an issue. For future reference you can

Tried another thing: attached the tablet to colleague's MacBook ... and
from that moment it works without problems. I don't understand it. Is
possible, that MacOS silently updated tablet's firmare and fixed some
bug, which caused problems with ehci driver?

v4.7-rc1 kernel[0].

When I try to do
echo -n ":00:1d.0" > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/ehci-pci/unbind
echo -n ":00:1d.0" > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/ehci-pci/bind
The tablet works for a moment, but stop working againg then.
