[SRU][s390x]many not-found commands not found by command not found
Validated, now I can find a few compiled packages, and more importantly
s390x only binaries. E.g. running command_not_found_hook for zipl
correctly advises to install s390-tools package. All is good.

Hello Dimitri, or anyone else affected,
Accepted command-not-found into xenial-proposed. The package will build
now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/command-
not-found/0.3ubuntu16.04.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new
