I don't know what is SRU, but 'mouse pointer offset' regression in guest-dkms (https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/15324) ruins GUI usability in linux guests and is worth to be fixed before the release of 16.04.1. Please read the comments on that ticket from the post #5 , as the bug appears not only
