Public bug reported:

lsvpd doesn't show the correct location code for a device attached to a CAPI 
card
 
---Steps to Reproduce---
 boot a system with a Surelock card
lsscsi -g to show the Flash disks attached to the capi card
lsvpd -l sg<N>
 
Fix is in powerpc maintainer's next tree and will be merged when the 4.8 window 
opens:
