Ok we believe we understand where those errors came from (ultimatly
triggered by a data centre outage). The erroneous files should now be
repaired and we have a plan in place to prevent a recurrance.
You should find -28 and later are all present and accounted for.

Ahh the later versions are now in place, but one or two are replaced by
error files. Will get that looked at.

The 4.4.0-27 ddebs do appear to be now published. However, I can see
that the current xenial-proposed 4.4.0-28 ddebs are not correctly
published. Investigating why these appear to be being delayed.
