reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the
development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could
test with it so we can work
I had this too in evolution, upgraded from Feisty to Gutsy and had the latest
version of Compiz-Fusion.
First time and every subsequent time I started evolution, while running compiz,
it lacked window decorations.
It worked fine when I did metacity --replace but not with compiz.

With Legacy Fullscreen Support enabled for the compiz workaround plugin,
starting oocalc makes it fullscreen (above the taskbar even), without any
window decorations.
Turning off this particular workaround fixes it.
