Hi,
I'm a developer of InVesalius. InVesalius is already running with VTK6.
I've updated the InVesalius package to this new version and uploaded it
to the Debian-med http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/debian-
med/trunk/packages/invesalius/trunk/ . I don't know if the update from
Debian-med to Ubuntu
