Adjusted the description to include that the two deps are build deps and
subscribed indicator-applet-developers to bugs.
Yes, this is part of the effort to get Unity8 into main. (just a very
small part, the list of packages is huge, which is why it's starting
early)

Why are you filing this now? I know that we eventually want to get

Statu
The build-depends don't need to be in main since xenial, at least if
they don't lead to a runtime dependency. Things which were in main can
be promoted again without a new MIR report/review
