Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh flashed the device
2. First enroll the fingerprint by going to System Settings --> Security & 
Privacy --> Fingerprint ID --> Add fingerprint
3. Put your finger over the finger reader
4. There is no progress of fingerprint covering(in blue) displayed until the 
completion percentage is more than 30%, if you finish or cancel the first 
enrollment, then try again, you will see the fingerprint covering progress in 
blue from the start.
