Missing bluetooth firmware for Broadcom BCM4350 (Dell XPS 20
The firmware download you point to has a license which does not allow
for redistribution of the firmware, therefore we cannot add it to
Ubuntu's linux-firmware package. I checked upstream linux-firmware but
the firmware isn't present there.
