Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I get a "failed to suspend" balloon every time  the laptop successfully
resumes from suspend.

Steps to reproduce:
* select suspend (through System-menu or gnome-power-manager applet).
* resume
* see balloon appear
This is fully reproducible.

There are a couple of similar bugs:
Bug 137738: same sypmtoms, but seb fixed this one (I still have problems with 
2.20.0-0ubuntu6)
Bug 89983: same symptoms, but I do not get "unknown error 32" from g-p-m
