avraham, to clarify:
1) If you disable the Intel card (via the BIOS, or nvidia GUI) is this
reproducible?
2) If you uninstall the nvidia proprietary drivers is this reproducible?

Thanks. I updated my BIOS, but the problem still occurs and there seems
to be no difference.
