[Upstream] [hardy] Databank year entry jumps to 1900
To man
Inserting just the year into a cell with date format ex. 2005 and it
changing to 6/27/1905 keeps compatibility with how Excel handles the
same scenario. One would want to change the cell format to text or
number so the date does not change. Marking this to Wishlist. What
benefit would be provided c
