The new xorg-server in -proposed successfully builds arm64 xmir
binaries, as expected. That's all we need for now.

Hello Łukasz, or anyone else affected,
Accepted xorg-server into xenial-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-
server/2:1.18.3-1ubuntu2.3 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.
Thanks Timo! Sorry for interrupting your workflow. I coordinated it with
Robert and didn't know you already had any work ongoing. As long as
these changes are kept with the new version it's all ok with me.

Pushing simultaneously to both yakkety and xenial as the only way to
basically test this is to get the packages building (which I already
tested in a devirt PPA).

The change for this already landed in the xenial stable-phone-overlay
and the packages seem to look ok.
