Tested in an up-to-date xenial:
Installed snapcraft, snapcraft-examples, snapcraft-parser
Enabled -proposed
Updated the three packages to 2.13.1.
✔ Build a snap with 2 stage packages that install the same pc file.
✔ Build, install and run a snap with a daemon and restart condition never.
✔ Parse

Accepted snapcraft into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/snapcraft/2.13.1 in
a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
