It seems to be happening only when the dialler is not loaded and the
phone is locked. Which, IMHO, is the most frequent case unless you're
expecting a call.
I tried the combinations of phone locked/unlocked, app loaded/not
loaded, app loaded and focused/unfocused.
It is reliably reproducible on a
does it happen on krillin too? have not been able to reproduce it.
Also, does it only happen when app hasn't been laucnhed and a phone call is
received?
