No, update of ubuntu-core-launcher package doesn't solve the problem.
Aslo I noticed that sometimes I need to reenter password after returning from
consoles (Ctrl+Alt+FN).
And when I don't need to do that all work fine.

I can restore to working state if I switch to GUI, close my laptop and it will
sleep. After wake up system works.
