Just as an aside, I checked, and in fact, dmidecode calls a UEFI a BIOS. I checked that output for the same UEFI machine. However, there appears to be two or three possible paths that are present in a UEFI system but not in a BIOS system, so it may work fine, and easily, relatively, to indicate UEF
