1) running without gdb - still segfaults
2) running in gdb - no segfault, but video stream hangs on the

Well, on hardy system it segfaults now, and on intrepid one it hangs on
the first frame, but that seems to be different issues from the one
reported.
Just curious: am I the only one affected? It should be easy to
reproduce.

Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

I don't have any of these files. In gstreamer-properties default audio
output is set to Autodetect, default input - to ALSA.
`vlc mms://tv.gldn.net/A1` works fine
