Public bug reported: I have the latest ubuntu 16.04 release to install on usb which i bought from canonical.
I tried to upgrade this on my existing system but it crashed part way through giving an error message saying problem with cd or hard drive. That hard drive has now lost all info. I bought a new hard drive and the same error message comes up.
