I get this error on the command line when I click "Other Locations":
sys:1: Warning: g_cclosure_marshal_VOID__VOID: assertion 'n_param_values
== 1' failed
A no-change rebuild of gtk+3.0 in my PPA didn't help.

I'm reassigning this from (nautilus and glib2.0) to (gtk+3.0 and
glib2.0) because upgrading gtk+3.0 to 3.21.5 also fixes this and
downgrading back to yakkety's gtk+3.0 brings the bug back.
Therefore, I believe this bug can be fixed in either GTK or glib.

2.49.5-1 allows the Other Location to work in all uses.

Sebastian, I'm not the original reporter of the bug but I'm also seeing
this problem in a live session of Ubuntu GNOME and my Ubuntu install.
Yes, I do see this issue in the gtk fileselector, gedit and LibreOffice
are just two of the applications affected. So marking this bug as
"Confirmed".
